1. Information We Collect

• Conversation history: Prompts, responses, chat titles, and conversation structure are stored in your personal account so you can view and manage your chat history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and performance metrics (for security, analytics, and system reliability).
• Account information (if you create one): Email, name, and tier status for authentication and account management.

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily include it in conversations. Please avoid sharing PII, financial details, or confidential information.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the Service, including showing you your conversation history.
• To operate and improve the system for consistent biblical grounding.
• For security, performance monitoring, and legal compliance.

Important Privacy Commitment:
No messages sent through WiseInWord — whether saved in your chat history or used in Temporary Chat mode — are ever used to train or improve any AI models (including our own). Your conversations remain private to you and the Service only.

3. Data Retention

• Chat history: Stored in your account as long as you keep the conversations or until you delete them. Deleting a chat removes it from your view and our systems.
• Technical logs: Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• Account data: Kept while your account is active. You can request full account deletion at any time.
• Temporary Chat mode: These conversations are not saved to your history and are deleted shortly after the session ends.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only in these limited situations:

• With trusted infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, etc.) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• When required by law or to protect users and the Service.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Parents/guardians are responsible for any use by minors and for requesting data deletion.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• View and delete individual conversations directly in the app.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We will respond promptly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard protections (encryption in transit, Cloudflare security controls, and access restrictions). While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as we prepare for Public Beta Phase. Significant changes will be communicated to current users. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
