By accessing or using WiseInWord (the "Service"), you acknowledge that the Service is currently in Limited Beta, and ou agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

3. Theological and Professional Disclaimer

WiseInWord is a tool powered by Artificial Intelligence. While it aims for biblical alignment, it is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, Scripture, or community accountability.

No Advice: Responses are for informational and conversational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional pastoral advice.

Hallucinations: You acknowledge that AI can "hallucinate" or provide inaccurate information. Always verify AI-generated content against the Bible and qualified human experts.

4. Limitation of Liability (The "Fixed Cap")

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE OPERATOR FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO $100.00 USD. This cap applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

5. User Conduct and Data

You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with Christian ethics. During this beta, a Zero-Retention Strategy is employed for certain data to minimize breach risks; however, you are responsible for not submitting sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
